Unfortunately due to the nature of my customised and handmade items, returns are only authorised if you receive the incorrect item or if it is damaged. Claims will be made with the shipping companies if in the rare occasion that your parcel is damaged or lost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order straight away upon reception. Open up the box and check everything as soon as you receive it and contact me immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photographs if possible.


I do not offer exchanges for any handmade items unless the item has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item.


Unfortunately I cannot refund handmade, customised items however I will replace if your parcel arrives damaged or if I have made an error in any way when creating your order.

Please ensure to read item descriptions carefully and give as much detail when placing your orders regarding customisation so that I get it just right for you 🙂
